EFT Sessions

I appreciate your trust in choosing me as your practitioner. I look forward to getting amazing results with you.

Making an Appointment

When you are ready to book an appointment, please do four things:

About the Session

  • During a session, we'll have the chance to do many rounds of tapping, exploring the contributing factors of your issue and releasing and reducing the intensity of the issue. Depending on how many aspects there are, you might clear your issue in one session or it might take several. Long-term issues with many contributing components will need multiple sessions.
  • During a session, you might experience some emotions but we will always go carefully and make sure EFT is releasing the emotion before moving forward. After a session, you might feel relaxed, energized, or on the other hand, sleepy. Until you know your own way of responding, please allow some transition time before your next activity.
  • If you have a question between sessions, feel free to email me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who calls whom?

If you are in the continental U.S., I will call you. International clients, we'll make arrangements to use Jajah or Skype.

Do I need a headset?

Some folks find it easier to tap using a headset, however I can instruct you in how to tap with one hand.

What do I need for the call?

Have some drinking water and tissues on hand.

During the appointment, try to be in a quiet place that will provide the best environment for focusing and relaxing. However, if you have children that might need your attention, I completely understand and we'll make the best of your situation.

Is it common for people to get teary on a call?

Yes, it's very common to get teary -- to me that's a sign of success -- we are accessing the right issue ... but best of all, the tears pass! It's an amazing feeling to be fully in an emotion and just have it dissolve.

I'm nervous about the first call?

That makes a lot of sense .... personally, when I get nervous, it means the issue is really important to me. We can tap initially for being nervous and that often leads to all sorts of good information.

How do I know this is working?

The first indicator is in a reduction in emotion. We measure on a scale of 0 to 10 the level of emotion or intensity around a specific issue. After tapping, we remeasure and look for changes. Often an issue goes to 0 in a few rounds. If not, we need to do more detective work.

The second indicator we use is a change over time in perspective, behavior, and symptoms.  The ability to track changes over time is an advantage of developing a long-term relationship.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of the session.
